Our body lives everyday because we nourish it with food and nutrients and also we give it adequate rest.  Learn why we need to eat healthy food and have a sound sleep and rest everyday.
 
Our cells are an important component of our body, although very small, but it is what makes us living and healthy.
 
Animal Cell
 
The most important organelle or part of our cell is the mitochondria, which supports the energy needed for our cells.  The mitochondria powers our body very well.
 
The ribosomes on the other hand are the carriers of nutrients for processing and use.  This might include amino acids, protein and glucose in order to product ATP (Adenuse Triphosphate) which is the fuel of our cell.
 
A healthy cells means healthy tissues, healthy organ and healthy systems, therefore we can have a healthy body and mind. 
 
You can see below how cell metabolizes protein.  The protein when inside the cell is being screened and processed and then prepared to attach to the cell for consumption/metabolic processes.
 
 
The cell replenishment and energizing happens because of the mitochondria which is the generator of our cell and the fuel is ATP (Adenuse Triphosphate).  On the other hand, the free radicals are harmful and they damages, weakens and kills the cell.
 
Aside from food, sleeping or taking a rest of at least 6 to 8 hours a day is very helpful as these hours while we are asleep, our body can regenerate and replace damaged and dead cells in our body.
 
With this introduction, I would like to introduce Dr. Myron Wentz, who was one of the best scientist and doctor being awarded the Albert Einstein Award for he had contributed to Life Sciences in the world.  He discovered a way to preserve cells and provide nutrition to cells so that we can live free from pain and suffering.
